Analysing what people are saying

Open Intelligence Reports are the result of a systematic analysis of what people are saying about the growing number of subjects and issues monitored and filtered by our network of Clipper Classifiers (CCs).

The Reports are, not any single writer’s opinion, but are compilations of what CCs judged to be the key points and the most pertinent classifications.

The counts are a measure of the attention given to a topic by the sources, and how they change over time.  Readers are not interacting with individual analysts or their opinions, but with how a collaborative group classifies what is being said and its character in the most disinterested way as humanly possible, opening up new kinds of questions to be asked, such as why it is being said that way, or what is the significance.

After time passes, it becomes possible to compare “what is being said” during different periods, then we are in a position to “sense” turning points and trends in the data, and it all becomes much more interesting…

The original sources for these REPORTS can be found at our Amplify site – Open Intelligence.
